Context

The Employee Experience Coordinator will be part of the relatively new Global HR Operations team, consisting of 6 HR professionals, reporting to the HR Operations Manager, and eventually reporting into the CFO. The HR Operations department is in full transition moving into a more global streamlined organization striving for operational excellence in Comp & Ben, Compliance, Facilities and HR supporting systems.

This role will contribute to the creation of a positive employee journey while working at Cordstrap. As a real spider in the web this position will be involved in different areas of HR, internal communication and facilities, working with local and global stakeholders.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • This role makes sure employees can work in a pleasant working environment taking care of the office management while liaising with providers and pro-actively coming up with initiatives to improve the working environment. More specifically this entails contacts with:
    • the cleaning company;
    • facility related providers like office equipment and materials;
    • taking the lead in facility related projects like office moves and office design.
  • The coordinator is responsible for the management of the fleet:
    • following up on the carpolicy;
    • coordinating with leasing companies locally and international;
    • following up when on-and offboarding of employees and contract.
  • As a real communicator, the position will be in charge of communication linked to the internal and external employer branding. To that, this person will be in charge of:
    • the internal newsletter;
    • setting up and fueling the HR intranet and the local narrowcasting;
    • As a support to the recruitment process the role will update the website and linked-in as to new vacancies.
  • This position is an active member of the event team which organises 8 to 9 events each year.
  • The role will participate in different HR and facilities projects and tenders.


Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR, internal communication or facilities.
  • Experience in an international environment is an.


Requirements:

  1. Hands-on and pragmatic approach.

  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Continuous Improvement mindset.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Communication/Facilities or a related field (preferred).
  7. The role must be fluently speaking & writing in (Dutch) and Any other languages are appreciated.

Position in the Organization

  • This role will report into the Manager HR Operations.
  • This role will be a member of the Global HR Operations Team.
  • The role will be based in Oostrum.


Travel & WFH

  • The role works at the office and from home (2 days/week).


Remuneration

  • 35.000 - 40.000 annual salary.
  • Company benefits: laptop, mobile.
